I’m an ambitious and performance-driven person with a strong interest in management, entrepreneurship and high-performance environments. I’m inspired by competitive sports and Formula 1 because I admire the level of strategy, discipline and constant improvement required to succeed at that level.
I enjoy managing projects, organizing teams and finding ways to optimize processes to achieve better results. I’m motivated by responsibility and decision-making, especially in situations where performance and long-term vision really matter. I like being involved in building and growing things rather than just maintaining them.
