What it means is that marketing strategies would be much more simple before,and send the same message to everyone repeteadly(360) and now marketing strategies have become a lot more accurate, as they just try to reach a very specific target and with a more gentle approach, that aims to attract potential consumers rather than bombarding them with ads.
